Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in using the following technologies I methodologies in a technical support environment: MS Office Suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years working with lnformation Technology Service Management (ITSM) Processes in support of computer desktop support functions

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years with Operating System Fundamentals,  with an emphasis on either UNIX/Linux or Windows, in order to administer, configure, optimize and effectively maintain IT systems

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years with  fundamentals of data communications  protocols/ networks to resolve computer systems and network problems (most of CSE systems and applications must run in a networked environment)

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years with Security policies and standards to ensure proper implementation of security practices

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2 ) years experience within the last five (5) years with various systems interfaces: to perform successful software and hardware integration (e.g. SCSI  (Small Computer System Interface), GPIB  (General Purpose Interface Bus, EIDE  (Enhanced Integrated Drive Electronics),  and I or  PCI  (Peripheral Component Interconnect))

And

Must posses a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years with Benchmarking methodologies and techniques in order to monitor equipment performance, respond to client demands, troubleshoot systems and evaluate new products
